How will I Get a Refund for the items?

If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking it will reflect in your same account as per the standard banking procedure. For payments made through COD the refund will be initiated in Customer account, get in touch with our team care@dreamondoor.com share the his/her Order details and bank account details, to the get refund in the account.


How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online within 3 hrs after placing the order. Your order amount will be refunded after deducting transaction charges upto 5 percent without making any profit but with deductions of transaction charges if any. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you will not be able to cancel the order online. In order to cancel an item in your order:

  • Log into your dreamondoor.com account and go to the 'My Orders History".
  • Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding link.
  • Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation.
  • Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

How do I cancel an order?

If anyone wants to cancel the order please inform dreamondoor.com via email within 3 hrs after placing an order, after that it can't be cancelled. Cancellation charges may apply based on the time and payment mode.


What if after delivery buyer did not like the item?

If buyer did not like the item after delivery we can allow buyer to exchange the item with same amount OR refund, exchange will be one time only & buyer has to pay courier charges in both ways for any case.
Return product should be in original condition as they received it along with price tags / labels.


How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of product(s) in your order, it will take 5 to 15 business days to cancel the order and refund. Refund process time will be totally based on the bank or payment mode from which payment made. You will be notified of the same.


What items can I Exchange?

We allow exchange on items such as packed grocery items, which seal is not broken. You can exchange an item for the same product in same weight. Product cannot be tampered in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.


When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns :

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame i.e. 12 hours.
  • Product is damaged because of usage or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Please note we do not accept return of select items in an order and only accept the return of whole order in such a case.
